Here at Holladay we think we have the best landscaping and maintenance teams around!
The January 2014 Polar Vortex hit our Indiana offices office on Sunday, January 5th and all parties were on call! In South Bend we accumulated between of 11 – 19 inches of snow, depending on where you were at, in 24 hours and temperatures plummeted to a high of 1º low of –14º with a wind chill of -31º degrees.
Our landscaping team worked around the clock to clear parking lots and sidewalks while our maintenance team was responding to froze pipe and no heat calls. This video shows our landscaping team plowing Michiana Hemotology Oncology in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Facts from the Polar Vortex of 2014 from the South Bend office:
- The landscaping team, consisting of 6 people worked a total of 242 hours
- There was 56 TONS of salt put down across 14 properties
- The commercial property management and maintenance responded to 54 calls regarding no heat, frozen pipes and everything in between!
Kudos to all who were involved in keeping our building and parking lots operating and keeping our tenants happy!
