It’s spring and with it brings some new changes to Holladay Properties.  After 25 years with Holladay Properties, Sharon Piechorowski, Property Management administrative assistant, will be retiring Friday, March 28. Sharon has enjoyed working for Holladay and getting to know and serve the needs of the hundreds of tenants throughout the Holladay network of properties.  From 1988 into 2014, observing the growth and wide scope of Holladay’s development has been an incredible journey.  More than the buildings and projects themselves, it is the wonderful relationships established with the tenants over the years.  The goal and motto of Property Management has always been “delivering outstanding customer service to exceed Tenants’ expectations” and we endeavor to hit the mark each and every day. The entire Property Management staff from the office to the maintenance and grounds crews strive to provide the best possible living and working environment for our residents and tenants. It has been my privilege to work in this department.  The fondest memories have been the tenant picnics, United Way campaigns and the annual Christmas parties when the Holladay “family” gathers to hear John Phair’s “year in review”.  As I picture John Phair with helmet and paddle shooting down the East Race – I can only say “it’s been a fabulous ride”.  Thank you all the wonderful memories.

Welcome Debbie Niedbalski
